Hospitals

In October 2003, Symbion Health announced the sale of its Hospitals business to Affinity Health Limited (Affinity).  Transfer of the majority of the hospitals has been completed.

The remaining hospitals continue to be owned and operated by Symbion Health until relevant state government approval to their transfer is received.  Symbion Health and Affinity are in continuing discussions with the state governments to finalise this process.
